This was such a fun project working with a beautiful girl who is competing for Miss Illinois this fall. She needed a headshot to submit as a part of her registration process, and I was honored to take photos of her for this exciting adventure she has ahead. My vote is for her! (She chose the first photo to submit)

Brotherly Love - North Aurora, IL Photographer

These two little charmers were so fun and easy to photograph. One look at each other and they were in hysterics. It was so sweet to see their friendship as brothers and enjoy their smiles unfold throughout the shoot. After two reschedules, I was so thankful for a nice clear morning to photograph them, and know mom and dad will think it was worth the wait--it was hard to narrow down what to post because so many of these were great. Southern Charm - Batavia, IL Photographer

This family of three were great to work with, and so sweet and gracious despite the cooler temps. They have recently moved here from the south and have enjoyed making the midwest their home. Their daughter was a very mature 3 year old and cute as a button. A few of her fun expressions and personality came out in the photos. Enjoy "J" Family!

Chickadee - Norridge, IL Photographer

This beautiful family were in good spirits on a windy April day, and all smiles! Their baby girl, affectionately nicknamed, "lil chicken" loved running through the park and wore an adorable appliqued dress from her aunt. They were easygoing and great to work with and I hope they love these photos of their family of three.

It was a beautiful sunny day to photograph this extended family gathering, something I wouldn't have expected in early March, but for which I am thankful.  The cousins were enjoying each other and cracking up at their parents' antics to get them to smile. Hope the grandparents love their gift and the sweet little faces captured here...

The {K} Family - Elgin, IL Photographer

The {K} Family were very sweet and fun to photograph. Angela had grown up in Geneva, so going to Fabayan Park was returning home for her in a lot of ways. Their baby girl was at 18 months and in cute, bubbly form that day, especially when her brother made her laugh over and over through a window. They were a great family to work with and I hope to see them at other milestones in the future!

Little Men - South Elgin Photographer

Here are two little cuties that were so fun to capture in photographs. They both had tons of personality and their fancy little outfits and curly hair added to the look. Their mom also said that she loved natural poses, smiling or not, so I got to take the whole spectrum of expressions. Enjoy these fun little guys!

The {H} Family - Geneva, IL Photographer

Here is the lovely {H} family. I was amazed how cooperative and fun loving these boys were and how photogenic as well! After posing for the first few locations they were able to have fun with the leaves for a few more, and nothing got their little guy laughing like leaves being thrown above his head! Enjoy~
