Rural Headshots - Geneva, IL Photographer

{J} needed some headshots for work in Washington, DC, and wanted to represent her upbringing in DeKalb. So we headed to the cornfields, bean fields, barns, and gravel roads that represent her rural childhood. I love that I never know what kinds of requests my clients will have for their photos, and the fun settings I find myself in to take them.

Miss Illinois Contestant - Elgin, IL Photographer

This was such a fun project working with a beautiful girl who is competing for Miss Illinois this fall. She needed a headshot to submit as a part of her registration process, and I was honored to take photos of her for this exciting adventure she has ahead. My vote is for her! (She chose the first photo to submit)

Interior Builders - Glen Ellyn, IL Photographer

It was a fun setting to take photos of Mark in the old brick buildings of downtown Wheaton. He was interested in getting head shots for a promo piece for his custom builders business. We chose the photo on a white brick wall to complement the clean lines and modern style of his work. I also designed the one sheet for him incorporating photos of his work that he had.

Supply Hope - Geneva, IL Photographer

It was a cool, windy day, but we managed to get some great shots of Beth at her new office space. She is the founder of Supply Hope which partners with organizations in developing countries to provide much needed services to the under-resourced. It was a pleasure spending time with someone who is devoted to making a difference here and around the world!

Annie - Glen Ellyn, IL Photographer

I was so excited to take Annie's headshots for the 1-sheet she is producing in the process of getting a book published. She is full of energy and life, and joy radiates from her every move. So much so, that in the photos of her not smiling, she doesn't even look like herself. Such a beautiful person, both inside and out, here's Annie : )
